What is the Craft Beer Consumer Research Membership?

The Craft Beer Consumer Research Membership is an annual subscription to unlock the power of craft beer consumer trends over time. By joining, your brewery will receive all our research reports, survey results, and access to special events throughout the calendar year. 

Why are you doing a subscription-based model?

After a successful but rigorous phase of custom-brewery projects, we wanted to expand our impact on the industry. By utilizing the membership model, our research will be accessible to all while also creating a community of particularly customer-focused craft breweries.

What kind of research reports do you complete?

We conduct major research reports on taproom consumer motivations and taproom consumer personas. In addition, we will produce smaller reports on hot topic trends like seltzer or NA beer, and topics chosen by you. All members will have input on the annual research agenda so reports are most impactful to your brewery.

How will you be gathering your data? 

We utilize several different research methods including social listening, direct-to-consumer surveying, and focus group discussions.

What else is there besides the research reports?

Beyond research reports, we will hold member-only working groups, industry interviews with allied professionals, and an annual members event with guest presentations and strategy sessions.

How much does the membership cost?
